By accessing or using the services offered on https://www.smarktek.com/, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

Overview of Services

Smarktek provides white-label Local SEO services to marketing agencies and business owners. These services include:

Google Business Profile (GMB) management
Competitor analysis
Local keyword research
Review strategy setup
4 GMB posts per month
Monthly performance reports
Local schema markup

All services are delivered digitally.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure optimal results, clients must:

Provide timely access to necessary platforms (e.g., GMB, website, analytics)
Supply accurate and complete business information when requested
Respond to communication regarding setup and updates

Smarktek is not responsible for delays or underperformance resulting from missing client input or access.

Delivery and Communication

All deliverables are provided digitally, via email or shared document links. Performance reports are shared monthly.

You may cancel services at any time by providing at least 30 days' written notice. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle following that notice.

Payment and Billing

All payments are handled via Stripe. Services are billed in advance, typically on a monthly basis.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for unfulfilled deliverables due to Smarktek’s fault. Refunds will not be provided if the client fails to provide access or necessary information in a timely manner.

Ownership of Work

All deliverables and assets produced (e.g., keyword research, reports, GMB posts) are the property of the client, once payment for that cycle has been received.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Smarktek does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, visibility improvements, or lead generation outcomes.
Results may vary depending on factors beyond our control, including:

Market competition
Google algorithm updates
Client’s cooperation and response times

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smarktek shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
